The following Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the ZYN Rewards Community SMS/MMS program (“Community”), offered by Swedish Match North America, LLC (“Swedish Match”/”we”/”us”).

1. When you opt-in, we will send you a message to confirm your signup and your identity. You must expressly opt-in to participate and receive SMS messages associated with this Community. When you opt-in, you acknowledge the following:

a. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

b. You are a ZYN Nicotine Pouch user, either exclusively, or in conjunction with other tobacco/nicotine products.

c. You consent to receive from or on behalf of Swedish Match, recurring marketing SMS and MMS text messages (“messages”) using automated technology to the phone number you provide.

2. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan and applicable rates, contact your wireless provider.

3.Frequency of messages will vary depending on the types of activities that become available to you.

4. Receiving messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

5. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to 1-855-582-9983. You will then receive one additional message confirming your opt-out of the messaging program. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.  By texting STOP, this will only opt you out of the specific messaging program associated with that phone number.  You will remain opted in to other Swedish Match North America LLC messages sent or received by e-mail.  If You want to join again, just sign up as you did originally, and we will start sending messages to you again.

6. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 1-855-582-9983. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

7. You agree that you are a resident of the United States and twenty-one (21) years of age or older. If you are not 21, you must opt-out of receiving messages. Swedish Match reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 21 years of age.

8. You represent that you are the owner of the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You agree to contact us via our Consumer Care team by email at info@us.zyn.com or by phone at 1-855-YOUR-ZYN if you change your wireless number.

9. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. Neither Swedish Match nor carriers, including T-Mobile, are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Data obtained from you in SMS messages may include: your wireless number, your wireless carrier, the date, time, and content of your messages and other information you provide to us. If you have questions regarding our privacy practices, please read our Privacy Policy.

11. We may terminate the Community at any time with or without notice.

12. We may suspend or terminate your receipt of messages through the Community at any time if we believe you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. We reserve the right to revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to the website, us.zyn.com.  You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically, and your continued consent to receive SMS messages indicates the acceptance of any changes in these SMS Terms.
