1. OFFER PERIOD:

The Offer begins on June 30, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026, or while supplies last, whichever ends sooner (the “Offer Period”). 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is open to all legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.) (excluding California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Idaho, Oklahoma and Ohio) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and who have not previously registered on ZYN.com. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its parent company, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Offer, as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. 3. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR OFFER: During the Offer Period, eligible individuals who are current nicotine users may visit the ZYN landing page at https://us.zyn.com/ZYN10. Once you register and your age is verified by Sponsor, you will be directed to the Offer page to sign-up for the ZYN 10 Challenge. Once your ZYN.com account registration is complete, your coupon for the Offer will be sent via mail. Registered users have 45 days from registration to claim the offer.

4. HOW TO REDEEM OFFER: Eligible individuals who register for a free ZYN.com account during the Offer Period as set forth above will receive a welcome kit to their mailing address that will include one (1) coupon redeemable for $20 off any five (5) cans of ZYN. Coupon can be redeemed at any participating retailer that sells ZYN. After ten (10) days of receiving your coupon, you will receive a survey via email. Respondents that say they enjoy ZYN and who have an active ZYN Rewards account will receive 150 Rewards Points. In order to activate your ZYN Rewards account, you must scan at least one (1) purchased can of ZYN into the ZYN Rewards system.

5. OTHER CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Automated means of participation are prohibited and any use of automated devices to submit a request may cause disqualification. Participants may not participate with multiple email addresses, postal addresses or identities, nor may participants use any other device or artifice to request more than one (1) coupon per household. Coupon will be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Sponsor and will expire on date specified on coupon. Sponsor may reject any request from any participant who attempts to participate in violation of the above restrictions or of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Without limiting any other remedies, Sponsor may suspend or terminate your participation in the Offer if Sponsor suspects, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraudulent activity of any kind in connection with this Offer.

Coupon is not transferable and may not be sold, auctioned, or bartered by recipient, and may not be redeemed for cash. All redemptions are final. Administration of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning the Offer will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto.

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the Offer or these Terms and Conditions, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Website. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. Sponsor is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind that may be sustained to user’s or any other person’s computer equipment resulting from participation in the Offer, use of the Website, or the download of any information from the Website. As a condition of entering, user agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to users participation in the Offer.
