SMS Terms & Conditions

1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup and identity. You must expressly opt-in to receive promotional SMS messages. We may also send you service notifications such as order status, purchase verification and important product information. If you opt in to receive promotional SMS messages from us, you agree to receive promotions and industry news from ZYN.

2. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan and applicable rates, contact your wireless provider.

3. Frequency of SMS messages will vary.

4. Receiving SMS messages is not required for purchase.

5. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying ‘STOP’ to 43478.

6. You will receive an SMS confirmation that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt-in again, please join as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages again.

7. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to 43478 After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

8. You agree that you are at least 21 years of age. If you are not at least 21, you must opt-out of receiving SMS messages.

9. You agree to contact us via Consumer Care if you change your wireless number. Some carriers provide daily files for phone numbers that have deactivated from their network or been ported from one carrier to another. We will proactively opt-out deactivated numbers from the SMS program.

10. Carriers, including T-Mobile, are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Data obtained from you in SMS messages may include: your wireless number, your wireless carrier, the date, time, and content of your messages and other information you provide to us. If you have questions regarding our privacy practices, please read our Privacy Policy.

12. We may cancel SMS messaging at any time with or without notice.

13. We may change these SMS Terms at any time, effective upon posting on this website.

14. You agree to periodically review these SMS Terms, and your continued consent to receive SMS messages indicates the acceptance of any changes in these SMS Terms.
