OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in MA, MI, VA and where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.

1. Giveaway Timing: The ZYN Rewards: 3/6 Day (the "Giveaway") begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 2, 2026 and ends at 8:59 PM ET on March 6, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Massachusetts, Michigan and Virginia), who as of the start date: (i) are nicotine consumers; (ii) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and (iii) are registered members of the ZYN Rewards Program as of February 23, 2026 (each, an “Entrant”). Employees of Swedish Match North America LLC (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”) and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses), and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in MA, MI, VA, and where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway.

a. Redeeming ZYN Rewards Points: During the Giveaway Period, Entrants can participate in the Giveaway by visiting https://us.zyn.com (the “Website”) and logging into their ZYN account. Entrants can earn one (1) entry into the Giveaway (“Online Entry”) by placing an order using their ZYN Reward points. Redemptions must be made by 8:59 PM ET on March 6, 2026 to be entered into the random drawing.

b. Via Mail/No Purchase Method of Entry: During the Giveaway Period, Entrants may receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway without redeeming their ZYN points via U.S. Mail. On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), telephone number and email address associated with your ZYN Rewards account. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: The ZYN Rewards: 3/6 Day, P.O. Box 7748, Melville, NY 11775-7748 (“Mailed Entry”). All Mailed Entries must be postmarked by March 6, 2026 and received by March 12, 2026 to be included in the random drawing. Mailed Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or inaccurate and Mailed Entries by any means which subvert the Mailed Entry process are void. Mailed Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Collectively, all Online Entries and Mailed Entries will collectively be referred to as “Entries” or an “Entry” as appropriate. Limit one (1) Entry per person/ZYN Rewards member regardless of method of Entry. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the ZYN Rewards account associated with the Entry. “Authorized account holder” of a ZYN Rewards account is defined as the person who is responsible for joining ZYN Rewards and who manages the e-mail address associated with the ZYN Rewards account. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the other requirements of these Official Rules may be disqualified as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

4. Random Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or about March 13, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entries postmarked/received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. In the event that an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received to award the available prize, Sponsor is not obligated to award the prize.

5. Prize, Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):

Grand Prize (1): A Sponsor-selected 2026 model 4 x 4 Sports Utility Vehicle (“SUV”) with a maximum MSRP of $60,000 and a check for 33% to help offset taxes, not to exceed $19,800. The maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is $79,800.

If the SUV has an MSRP below $60,000, the Grand Prize winner is not entitled to receive the difference in value. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and pick-up costs. Grand Prize winner may be required to show proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license prior to taking delivery and pick up SUV as directed by Sponsor. Any additional vehicle option(s) that are not standard on the make and model of the Sponsor-selected SUV (and that exceeds the max MSRP of $60,000) are the sole expense of winner. Dealership is at sole discretion of Sponsor.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event that prize is unavailable. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of their prize for the year the prize is awarded.

6. Winner Notification and Verification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email/phone and will be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility, and/or Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, a Publicity Release (where lawful) and an agreement to a background check (“Prize Documents”). Prize Documents will be sent to the email address submitted at the time of ZYN Rewards account registration or provided on the Mailed Entry. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return Prize Documents via email within three (3) days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on the potential Grand Prize winner prior to awarding prize. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant based on the results of such background check, if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such Entrant might reflect negatively on Sponsor. An Entrant is not the winner of the prize unless and until Entrant's eligibility has been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability: If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Giveaway and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. In the event the Giveaway is cancelled, terminated or suspended for any reason, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to award the prize from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek all available remedies, including without limitation criminal prosecution, and damages, including without limitation attorneys' fees, from any such Entrant to the fullest extent of the law. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, typographical or other errors, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email sent or electronic Entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or on any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials from this Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Giveaway materials, administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the Entry process, to be violating these Official Rules or to be acting in a disruptive manner. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated prize. Use of automated entry devices is prohibited.

8. General Rules: By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use their name, city, state, photos, and likeness for purposes of advertising, Giveaway, and trade without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants hereby agree, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, owners, employees, agents, attorneys and representatives (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities") from any and all injuries, loss, claims or damages arising out of an Entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or Entrant’s acceptance or use or misuse of the prize. By participating in the Giveaway, Entrants agree that the Giveaway Entities will have no liability whatsoever for, and that Entrant shall defend and hold the Giveaway Entities harmless against, any liability for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy as well as injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, whether or not foreseeable, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages to persons or to property arising out of the prize awarded hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding the Giveaway, including the Website used in connection therewith and the prize awarded hereunder, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by the Giveaway Entities.

9. Disputes: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action brought by him/her arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the State of Kentucky or an appropriate Kentucky State Court if federal court is not a proper or available venue; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards to Entrant shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kentucky or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kentucky.

10. Privacy: The information collected on the Website will be subject to and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible at the Website or at https://www.pmiprivacy.com/us/en/consumer/.

11. Winner List: For the name of the winner, available for sixty (60) days after March 13, 2026, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: ZYN Rewards: 3/6 Day– Winner, PO Box 7760 (Dept. AA), Melville, NY 11775-7760. Winner’s name will be sent after the winner has been confirmed and verified.
